DESCRIPTION:Join our BNC artist in residence Jacqueline Roch as we open her new exhibit\, Botanical Breeze. Layering pastels to create complex colors\, Jacqueline is able to achieve a quality that’s reminiscent of an oil painting. Her work is highly distinctive with bold color choices and contrasts – best described as “tropical realism.” \nRSVP for the reception and stay for the plein aire event immediately following!  All mediums\, all skill levels are welcome to paint out in our vibrant natural environment. \nBoth event are free and open to the public.

SUMMARY:Miami Plein Aire Monthly Outing
DESCRIPTION:Miami Plein Aire brings artists together to celebrate and expand South Florida’s Plein Air community through collaborative events and vibrant outdoor painting experiences. \nThis month’s event will be held at the Biscayne Nature Center immediately following the opening reception for Jacqueline Roch’s new exhibit\, Botanical Breeze. \nAll mediums and all skill levels are welcome to attend.  Free and open to the public. The recommended start time is 2:00 pm\, but artists are welcome to arrive and begin working as early as they like. The group will meet at 5:00 pm for check in and a group photo. \nThis is a self-directed experience; artists should bring their own tools and materials.
